I thought my business was slow because the market was tough. Kapil Ji helped me realise that my biggest bottleneck was my energy.

I’m Amit Agarwal, Managing Director at Agromac Engineering. For a long time, I believed the challenges in my business were because of external factors the market was tough, competition was aggressive, and policies were constantly changing.

What I failed to notice was that while I was focused on fixing the business, my own energy was steadily declining.

Low energy, midday crashes, irritation during meetings, poor sleep, and constant stress had become a part of everyday life. I was doing the things that most people would consider healthy I went for morning walks, spent time with my family on Sundays, and tried to manage my routine. Yet something still felt off.

That’s when I heard about one of Kapil Ji’s Sunday workshops.

To be honest, Sundays are precious when you’re running a business. My first instinct was to skip it. But my wife insisted: “Ek baar jaake sun toh lo.”

During the workshop, Kapil Ji said something that completely changed the way I looked at my situation:

“Your body fuels your business.”

That one line hit me hard.

For the first time, I realised that I didn’t have a time-management problem. I had an energy problem.

Kapil Ji’s approach was very different from what I expected. There was no extreme diet, no exhausting workout plan, and no complicated routine to follow.

The focus was on small, practical changes that improved the way I showed up each day both in business and at home.

My sleep became deeper, the midday energy crashes disappeared, and I found myself handling stress far more calmly. Meetings became sharper, decisions became easier, and I was no longer constantly fighting fatigue throughout the day.

But the biggest difference was in my productivity. Work that would earlier take me three or four days to complete was getting done in a fraction of the time because I was able to stay focused and mentally present for longer.

The impact wasn’t limited to work. Earlier, when I came home, my body was present but my mind was still stuck in the office. Even when I was with my family, I wasn’t fully there.

Today, there are fewer phone calls, more conversations, and a lot more presence. Instead of waiting for Sunday to feel relaxed, I feel more balanced throughout the week.
